The Hilltop Lodge was once the retreat encampment of one of our countries foremost entrepreneur's William A Dusenbury of Western New York. William and his family were true movers and shakers that helped form our countries direction during the industrial revolution. His encampment was built on top of a mountain in the Alleghenies. The Redwood lumber he used to construct the five main buildings came from his forest land in California. The Hilltop has fourteen private rooms with house keeping, every room has it's own full bathroom and two full size beds. There are two Redwood houses and Chalet also available.The package deal includes Chef prepared meals served in our authentic Redwood lodge.Under our old growth forest canopy the encampment is surrounded by a beautiful informal garden, complete with stone paved walk ways,rock gardens, and pond. Our Allegany area is full of thinks to do, Golf, Skiing, Gaming, Hiking, just to name a few. Your welcome to kick back and relax in our lodge.

You will be nestled in the forest surrounded by towering hardwoods and pine trees. Your only neighbors are the natural wild life that live under the forest canopy. The A-Fame features a large open area with a stair way that leads to the bedroom loft .The main area has a small kitchen that leads to a room with a vaulted ceiling where you will find comfortable furnishings. There is a full bath room .Off the rear of the A-frame there is a large deck high off the forest floor over looking your private camp fire area and the Allegheny Mountains.
